Our shopping cart lets the user add as many teams as they want to their account and reuse them on future orders. This allows us to keep a team’s history and rollover rosters from year to year. You can also build out your schedule for multiple seasons and let your customers register for events at anytime.

Scheduling

Quickly generate all of your matchups with our advanced auto assigning process.Then use our “Whiteboard” drag and drop scheduling system that makes even the most complex schedules easy with its error checking and multiple views.

Rosters & Waivers

We spent the last two years working with youth and high school organizations to simplify the difficult task of managing team rosters. Along with roster management, our process makes it a breeze for parents to sign off on liability waivers before they show up to the park.

Team & Player Profiles

We provide an attractive profile to view a team or players history along with records and photos. As an event organizer, you can fully customize what profile fields are displayed for your players.

Scout Access

Setup logins for college coaches and pro scouts to view full player bios. Scouts can easily access bios from the event schedule or search players directly from their personal dashboard.

Communication

Schedule or send email and text messages immediately to coaches, managers, players and parents. Create your own email templates to use over and over. By winter 2020 we’ll also feature a drag and drop email builder for more professional looking messages.

Sanction Fees & Point System

Setup membership fees for every season by division. Fees are automatically added to a team’s shopping cart ensure they are paid at the time of registration.

Hotel Management

Playbook365 can easily partner with your current housing company, notify them when new teams register. We also offer tournament/event housing services that provide updated reports directly in your dashboard.

Ad Management

Tired of your schedules getting filled up with ads that you don’t make any money on? There are no ads on Playbook365 unless you want them. Coming Soon: choose your advertising partners and make money from all your traffic!
